Brackley Town u16's v Kidderminster Harriers Community FC U16

Brackley Town u16's start the new year with a well earned point against a good Kidderminster Harriers team.

Kidderminster started the brightest & deserved to take the lead inside the first 15mins as Brackley started really slowly. However, the goal seemed to spark Brackley into life as they played some terrific one & two touch attacking football carving Kidderminsters high line defence into pieces creating some good opportunities to get us back in the game. Brackley did get their reward when Keelan Cronin was put through & slotted past the outstretched keeper to draw the scores level. Brackley had their tails up & Emmanuel Maskery put us in front with a delightful well placed shot high into the top corner with the keeper well beaten to give Brackley a well deserved 2-1 lead at HT. Kidderminster couldn't contain us going forward & the way we were working off the ball was great to see.

Brackley U10's vs Middleton Cheney U10s

Great game to watch for the parents, as both teams had players to win the game, the Brackley players played football the right way with passing football to try to create a goal scoring opportunity, the Middleton Cheney GK had a great game making lots of saves they also had a great striker to keep the Brackley defenders busy. On any other day Brackley would have won the game with the chances they had, but that's the credit to Middleton Cheney's GK and defense for keeping Brackley's score down.
