Brackley Town are delighted to announce that midfielder Jimmy Armson is staying at St James Park for the 2023/24 season.

The 33-year-old assisted interim manager Gareth Dean from the sidelines last season and played a key role in the Saint's play-off push.

Jimmy joined Brackley Town in July 2016 from Solihull Moors and has gone on to make 290 appearances for the Saints, scoring 92 goals.

Manager Gavin Cowan said "James is a hugely popular figure who continues to be a match-winner. It was an easy sell for him as he wants to achieve what we all want at this club and I’m looking forward to working with him again!”
