Brackley Town have completed the signing of striker Callum Stead, previously of fellow National League team Kettering Town.

The former Luton Town Academy prospect had a prolific season in front of goal last season, scoring 12 goals for Hitchin Town before he signed for South Shields. He scored four goals in his last four league matches for the Northern Premier League outfit before joining Kettering Town in February 2022.

Stead went on to score six goals in as many league matches at Kettering as they just missed out on the play-offs on the final day.
