IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Following the government announcement today (15-00; 23 December) Northamptonshire has been moved into Covid Tier 3 from 00-01 on 26 December.  Consequently, spectators are no longer permitted to attend matches at St James Park. The first match affected by this change in the law will be versus Gloucester City on Monday 28 December.  Options regarding refunds on tickets purchased through TicketCo will be announced shortly.

The request to cancel the Gloucester game has been made to TicketCo you will need to respond to email when you receive it.

Your options will be:

  • Refund this order: Select this option if you would like to receive a refund (minus TicketCo handling fee)
  • Waive your order: Select this option is you would like to donate the price of the ticket to the club to help meet our running costs – thank you
  • Exchange to voucher: Select this option if you would like to receive a voucher to redeem against a ticket for a future fixture (in the next 3 years)

To help any supporters who cannot purchase their tickets online, the office at St James Park will be open to allow tickets to be bought in person. 

For both the Gloucester City and Kettering Town games, for members and none members Wednesday 23rd December - 10am to Midday.

The following articles must not be brought within the Ground - knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, alcohol, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the Ground.

All persons seeking entrance to the ground acknowledge the club's right to search any person entering the ground and to refuse entry to or eject from the ground any person refusing to submit to such a search.
