FA Trophy action returns to St James Park on Saturday with a 2nd round tie against fellow National League North side Boston United as both sides enter the tournament.

Last season Saints were knocked out in the 3rd round away on penalties at Chesterfield after the game had finished goal-less.  Ironically The Pilgrims also lost against Chesterfield on penalties albeit at home in the next round.

Brackley and Boston are currently both in the top six in National League North and have yet to meet in the league this season.  Saints beat Daventry Town on Tuesday in the Hillier Cup while Boston recorded an eight win of the season beating Darlington at home in a re-arranged league fixture.
